History of 3D modeling

3D Modeling in Brief

We perceive the space in three-dimensional format, i.e. every object has a width, length and height. For us the three-dimensional (3D) perception of the space is the most optimal one, so we try to convert everything into 3D platform. Before we could imagine how the objects would look like only from sketches or a drawings, but today the boom of modern technology has led to a three-dimensional computer modeling. 3D modeling – is the construction of a volumetric models via special computer programs, providing a spatial-temporal continuity, by sketches, pictures, detailed descriptions, or any other graphical or textual information. 3D modeling enables the creation of the three-dimensional model of any object, allowing the realization of smart creative ideas. The effectiveness of 3D modeling is due to the precision and feasibility of the represented object, to the possibility of the visual transmission of the information about the nature and properties of the object and to the possibility of making quick adjustments. 3D modeling is used in architectural visualization, film, television, computer games, publishing, science and industry, as well as in many other spheres.
