Support for the increase of engineering companies marketing opportunities

From 28th of November to 9th of Dismember 3D Modeling Union through the PUM- Netherlands Senior Experts organization and with association with CAPS implemented “Support for the increase of engineering companies marketing opportunities” pilot project. During the project marketing specialist, skilled in engineering sector, was invited for work with Armenian engineering companies. The goals of this project were
- to discover facilities of Armenian engineering companies to enter European market
- to understand the existing marketing problems and the ways they can be solved
In project were participated 5 companies: Hydroenergetica, A2, Industrial Technologies Co, Genago, Symotec.
Project consists of 2 phases. During first phase Gerard Troost, invited specialist, visited Armenia for 10 days and work one-to-one with companies. In this phase companies get versatile information about European outsourcing market, the advises how to solve the existing marketing problems and the ways PUM and expert particularly can support this companies, made short report for each company about it’s European market entrance opportunities.
The second phase will be implemented in January 2011. In this phase expert will try to find proper partners for selected companies and set up first round contacts.
This work is only first in the line of marketing support projects. On the base of the report-consultation, made by expert, further correct and effective steps will be state and implemented. In the second phase porters for each compamy are expected.
