BSC organization during 2010 Spring Commissioned by the USAID CAPS Program has been prepared “Strategic plan of development of 3D Modeling Union 2010-2013”.
This Strategic plan contains in it the basic questions and durations, on which Union will concentrate it’s attention in near 3 years, possible steps would be implemented by Union in contribution of this problems solution.   During the preparation of the Strategic plan representatives of members of Union, which are working in engineering, visualization, jewelry design sectors, had been interweaved. This helped to get fully picture of situation and   revealed most principal for all sectors problems.
